Synopsis:
After a vicious gang, lead by notorious criminal Evil Joe, kills Inspector Wong's entire team, Wong falls into a pit of despair, and hides at the bottom of a bottle. Only the optimistic enthusiasm of a rookie officer gets Wong back on his feet to track down Evil Joe's Gang Of Five. When the struggle becomes personal for Wong, he falls right back into his old ways, and becomes determined to stop Joe at any costs.
