Synopsis

A seashore town of Gu-gyul. The first word that he learned was "I am me," and his name became Nan-na because of those words. Nan-na has been living with his grandmother until when Ok-i was born. This was when Nan- na was four years old. From then, Ok-i became the center of attention. Nan- na who used to run around the town like a squirrel, could not go out and play the soldier`s game because the grandmother commanded him to take care of Ok-i. Nan-na starts to treat Ok-i badly. As Ok-i grows older, she becomes hunchback for malnutrition and Nan-na doesn't let her come near him at school because he feels humiliated. Nan-na even makes fun of Ok-i but, for Ok-i, he is the best brother. Once the grandmother hurt her back and could no longer manage the family economy easily, Nan-na`s family moves to his uncle's house. Soon, due to uncle`s mistakes they loose all the money. So Ok-i is sent to another relative. Nan-na is finally separated from Ok-i but he starts missing her.
